Check a failed request
Record its time, HTTP status, error message, and X-Oneapi-Request-Id. Compare the model ID with GET /v1/models and retry temporary errors with backoff.

Contact support with the request ID and time, without sending your API key or password. Critical outages and security incidents receive priority.

A successful website response does not establish that every model, provider, payment method, or streaming route is healthy. We will label a public live status feed clearly if one becomes available.
