Rules for accessing the platform, buying usage credits, and using the MandAPI API.

1. The service
MandAPI provides unified access to AI inference services through an API compatible with widely used tools. Current features, models, limits, and prices are shown on the site and dashboard.
2. Account and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and API keys, and promptly report unauthorized use. Each account is personal or belongs to the organization identified during registration.
3. Prepaid API credits
Purchased amounts only authorize prepaid use of MandAPI API services. Credits are not money, virtual currency, an investment, a gift card, or a bank account. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn, resold, exchanged, or used outside MandAPI. The balance decreases according to the selected model and measured usage. A purchase is credited only after reliable payment provider confirmation. The prepaid usage packages currently shown do not renew automatically.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in Brazilian reais where indicated. Checkout shows the total, applicable taxes, and available payment methods before confirmation. A payment provider or Merchant of Record may process payment, subject also to the terms shown at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use MandAPI for illegal activities, fraud, abuse, infringement of third-party rights, spreading malware, bypassing technical limits, or unauthorized system access. We may limit or suspend accounts as needed for security, compliance, loss prevention, or legal requirements.
6. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but third-party models, limits, performance, and availability may change. Where possible, material changes to these terms will be announced on the site or dashboard with reasonable advance notice.
7. Liability
Model responses may contain errors and do not replace professional review. To the extent permitted by law, MandAPI is not responsible for decisions based solely on generated content or for interruptions caused by third parties or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
