Create a text classifier using MandAPI's ordinary Chat Completions endpoint. Use a fixed label set, MANDAPI_API_KEY and MANDAPI_MODEL_ID from the environment, and locally supplied text only. Request JSON text, parse it, validate the exact fields and label enum, and keep invalid output distinct from valid other. Add local parser tests and a labelled evaluation set. Do not claim calibrated probabilities or use OpenRouter's Decisions API.
