Implement a bounded draft-and-review pattern using MandAPI Chat Completions at https://api.mandapi.com/v1. Use MANDAPI_MODEL_ID and MANDAPI_REVIEW_MODEL_ID for the two roles, and MANDAPI_API_KEY from the environment. Treat the draft as untrusted data. Make at most one draft call and one review call, record per-call usage, and test against known examples. Do not claim server-side subagents or guaranteed savings.
